Plan for the Unexpected

Lack of time is the most frequently mentioned reason for discontinuing a fitness program. This is no longer a reason for you not to exercise. As a member of E-GYM you can choose when you exercise and for how long. You can still exercise even in the face of changing schedules, unexpected mini-crisis and external forces like long meetings, extra traffic, --you know what I mean!!

Positive Attitude

In the past you probably said” I would like" or "I will try".
That is no longer acceptable if you want to achieve your goals. Your attitude is “I WILL”
Write Down Your Goals
Identifying your goals, gives you the incentive to move forward
Reward Your Success
Rewards mark the fact you have moved forward. Tell us about your successes with E-Gym and we will let the world know in our news items. Don’t be afraid to shout about your success, take a look at the news item about Gemma. E-Gym arranged the magazine article for her and she had a fantastic day with Bella.

Fight Boredom

Boredom is the main reason people fail.
E-gym provides you with a structured exercise regime that you can work to and because there are lots of classes you don’t need to get bored.

Good Company

Through the chat room you will be able to contact other members to talk about your exercise classes or just gossip. There is also the Forums where you will be able to ask and share questions and advice with the E-Gym team and other members.

New Toys

E-gym uses Dynabands and gym balls, other toys are planned for the future to help motivate you. Some of these will be available to purchase online, others will be regular household items that you can get hold of yourself.

Stay Motivated


If you are struggling to stay motivated you will be able to contact the E-Gym team for support and advice just like any other Gym
