Hi I hope you are all ready for your workouts.
We have designed the workouts into programmes.
Each programme contains 6 video Classes.
The videos in each programme build on each other so the first one is reasonably easy with new movements and exercises being introduced in each of the following videos until you have the most difficult and demanding workout on the 6th video.
We do recommend you start at the beginning of each programme and do the workout for each video 3 or 4 times over a 2 week period before moving to the next video. In this way you will pick up the exercises more easily and will increase your stamina and stretch your limits a little more each time you move to the next video.
If you think you are struggling to keep up with a class at the next level don’t worry about it, go back to the previous class until you feel you comfortable at that level, you will find through regular workouts your limits will naturally move higher.
Most importantly we want you to enjoy your exercises with us. Please do not push yourself beyond your limits, If you feel unwell whilst exercising STOP and if necessary consult your Doctor
